Our leadership team comprises of highly experienced professional bankers and finance experts with combined experience of over fifty (50) years in Corporate and Investment Banking, Financial Institutions, International Banking, Development Banking, Structured Trade Finance, and Treasury Management. The team’s advantage also rests on the diversity in geographical working experience and extensive network in both frontier and emerging markets of the team members. With sound knowledge of Europe, Asia, Middle East and Sub- Saharan Africa markets, the team can bring its expertise to bear on delivering comprehensive cost-saving solutions to its clients.
Ola Isola
CEO and Founder
Mr Isola, an international banker with 28 years experience, is an MBA Graduate of the University of Lagos and a holder of professional Certificate in International Trade Finance from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
His banking career saw him worked in different areas vis: International Trade Finance, Development Banking, Correspondent Banking, Treasury, Credit and Marketing, International Money Transfer, Banking Operations and Public Sector. Prior to this current role, he worked with Access Bank Plc, FSB International Bank, First Atlantic Bank and Commercial Bank of Africa all in Lagos, Nigeria and later in the United Kingdom with The Access Bank UK Limited first as its pioneer Head of Trade Finance and recently as Head of its International Expansion overseeing the Middle East and Asia business.
Mr Isola has brought his vast knowledge of International Banking business in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia to function in this role.
An alumnus of Management Development Programmes at different schools including London Business School and Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania USA, he is currently studying Chartered Banker MBA with Bangor Business School in the UK. He is a member, Chartered Banker Institute and Institute of Export, UK.
